Monthly Race Rules

1.Who can join

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Your Stake account must be registered with the code KARLDOTA.
• You must be allowed to gamble online under the laws of the place where you live, and you must follow Stake's own terms of service. It is your responsibility to check this before you play.
• One entry per person.

2.How ranking works

• Players are ranked by total amount wagered (in USD) on Stake during the race period, using the wager data Stake reports for accounts under code KARLDOTA.
• Wagering is not the same as winning: the ranking counts how much you bet, not how much you won or lost.
• The leaderboard on this site refreshes about every 5 minutes, so it can lag behind. Usernames are partly hidden for privacy (for example ab***yz).
• The top 5 players when the race ends win the prizes listed for that race.
• Final standings are confirmed after the race ends and the data has been checked. The confirmed results are final.

3.Prizes and payouts

• Prizes are shown in US dollars (USD). Amounts can differ from race to race; the amounts for each race are the ones shown on this page and on the leaderboard while it runs.
• Prizes are paid by Karldota, not by Stake. Stake is not responsible for this race or its prizes.
• To claim, winners should message the official KARLDOTA Facebook page. You may be asked to prove you own the winning Stake account before payment.
• The payout method and timing are confirmed with each winner directly. Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• Only use the official channels linked on this site. KARLDOTA staff will never ask for your Stake password, a deposit, or a "release fee" to pay out a prize.

4.Ties

If two or more players finish on exactly the same wager total, Karldota will decide how the tied places are settled and will tell the players involved how it was decided.

5.Fair play

Karldota may disqualify a player, withhold a prize, or adjust the standings if a player:

• uses more than one account, or shares or sells an account;
• breaks Stake's terms of service, or has wagers voided or reversed by Stake;
• tries to manipulate the leaderboard in any other way, including through collusion.

6.Changes and cancellation

Karldota may change these rules, or change or cancel a race, for example if the wager data becomes unavailable or a race is affected by abuse. Changes are published on this page with a new "last updated" date and announced on stream or on Facebook.

7.Play responsibly

Never bet more than you can afford to lose just to climb the leaderboard. The race is entertainment, not a way to make money. If gambling stops being fun, see our Responsible Gambling page for tools and free support.

8.Questions and disputes

Message the official Facebook page with your Stake username and a short description. Karldota will review it and reply; Karldota's decision on race results is final.
