Privacy Notice

1.Who we are

This site is run by Karldota (KARLDOTA), a Kick streamer and Stake affiliate. For privacy questions or requests, message the official Facebook page.

2.What we use and why

• Race leaderboard data — the Stake usernames and wager totals of accounts registered with code KARLDOTA, as reported by Stake. We use it to run the monthly race, show the standings and pay prizes. Usernames are partly hidden on the site; full usernames are kept privately so we can verify winners.
• Kick gifter leaderboard — the public Kick usernames and gift counts that Kick shows on Karldota's channel. We display them as Kick does, and refresh them about every 5 minutes.
• Prize claims — if you win and contact us, we use the details you send (such as your name, Stake username and payout details) only to verify you and pay the prize.
• Server logs — like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request, to keep the site running and secure.
• Admin login protection — if someone fails to log in to the site's admin area, a one-way hash of their IP address is stored for up to 1 day to block password-guessing.

3.Third-party services

Some parts of this site load content from other companies, which receive your IP address and browser details when they do. Their own privacy policies apply.

• Kick — the embedded live stream player, which may set its own cookies.
• Google Fonts — the fonts used on this site.
• Clip thumbnails — when stream clips are shown, their preview images load from the platform that hosts each clip.
• Hostinger — our web host and content delivery network.

Links to Stake, Kick, Facebook, X and Instagram take you to those sites, where their own terms and privacy policies apply. When you sign up on Stake with code KARLDOTA, Stake handles your account data, not us.

4.Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We only share it when needed to pay a prize (for example with a payment service), or when the law requires it.

5.How long we keep it

Leaderboard results are kept as race history, so past standings can be shown and disputes checked. Prize-claim details are kept only as long as needed to complete the payout and keep basic records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

6.Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, message the official Facebook page.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

7.Age

This site is for adults aged 21 and over. We don't knowingly display or keep information about anyone younger.

8.Changes

If we change how we use information — for example by adding analytics — we'll update this page and its "last updated" date.
